Controller

TrendVectors SL, with registered office at Carrer de l'Almirall Cadarso, 26 bajo, 46005 València, Spain, is the data controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at contact@trendvectors.com.

Data we collect

We collect the personal data you provide directly — for example your name and email address when you contact us, request a demo, or create an account. We may also collect limited usage and technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) necessary to operate and secure the service.

Why we process it

We process your personal data to respond to inquiries, provide and improve the TrendVectors platform, manage your account, and meet legal obligations. Where we rely on a legal basis under the GDPR, it is typically your consent, the performance of a contract, or our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

Sharing and sub-processors

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with sub-processors that support the service — for example infrastructure, analytics, and email delivery providers — under written agreements that require GDPR-appropriate safeguards. TrendVectors runs on the Databricks Lakehouse; data processed through your own Databricks workspace is governed by your agreement with Databricks.

International transfers

Some sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here and to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see Your rights).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (AEPD).

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
