Parties
These Terms govern your access to and use of the TrendVectors platform (the "Service"), provided by TrendVectors SL, registered office Carrer de l'Almirall Cadarso, 26 bajo, 46005 València, Spain. By using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
The Service
TrendVectors ingests real-time news and converts it into quantified trend vectors — momentum, sentiment, and influence signals — together with composite indicators, APIs, and webhooks. The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes and does not constitute investment, legal, or other professional advice.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including not to reverse-engineer it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale without authorization, or use it to process unlawful content. You are responsible for how you act on any signal the Service provides.
Your data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. Where TrendVectors runs on your own Databricks Lakehouse, your data remains governed by your agreement with Databricks. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
TrendVectors and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the trend vector models, scoring methodology, and documentation. Signals derived from third-party news remain subject to the rights of their respective sources.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any signal will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendVectors SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Service — regardless of the legal theory.
Fees and termination
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of València, Spain.
